BluePath Labs is a fast-growing research and consulting company committed to solving complex problems for federal, state, and local government clients. We offer a range of professional, scientific, and technology services. Our specific areas of expertise include business consulting, research and data science, and technology integration. We are looking for a Project Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)'s Mission Capability Support Program. This office executes Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation to transition technology, knowledge products, and solutions to DHS Component customers, as well as to first responders.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor project performance and deliverables to ensure goals and objectives are met and identify program risks.
  • Identify and document capability gaps, formulate and develop technological solutions, and participate in and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Maintain and monitor program budgets. Monitor performers to ensure fiscal commitments, obligations, and expenditures are appropriate. Prepare and review presentations, reports, project schedules and weekly status inputs.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and program reviews at the direction of the program or project manager to assist with meeting minutes or other administrative-related duties.
  • Support technical and programmatic meetings: actively participate, prepare agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes,
  • Provide data collection and analyses of user requirements and of existing and emerging systems, capabilities, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher and 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Active Secret (or Interim Secret) Clearance
  • Have functional knowledge/experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working within a cross-functional Science & Technology organization
  • Work experience supporting federal program offices, ideally in a S&T or R&D sector (e.g. DoD, DHS, etc.)
